Regular servicing is the cheapest insurance a car owner can buy — skipped oil changes and ignored filters are behind a large share of the four-figure engine and turbo failures we get called to. We service all makes and models to the manufacturer's schedule, at your home or workplace, using OE-quality parts.

What's included in each service level

• Interim service (every 6 months / 6,000 miles): engine oil and filter change, fluid top-ups, tyre and brake visual inspection, battery health check, lights and wipers.
• Full service (every 12 months / 12,000 miles): everything in the interim service plus air filter replacement, comprehensive brake inspection, suspension and steering checks, cooling system inspection, and a multi-point report.
• Major service (every 24 months / 24,000 miles): everything in the full service plus cabin/pollen filter, fuel filter (diesel), spark plugs (petrol, where scheduled), brake fluid condition test, and longer-interval manufacturer items.

Will a mobile service protect my warranty?

Yes. Under UK and EU block exemption rules, your manufacturer warranty stays valid as long as servicing follows the manufacturer's schedule using appropriate-quality parts — it does not have to be done at a main dealer. We follow the schedule to the letter, stamp your service book, and update digital service records where the manufacturer provides access.

Dealer-level equipment, not generic code readers

A basic OBD reader shows generic fault codes. Our technicians carry manufacturer-capable diagnostic platforms that read the full fault memory across every module — engine, transmission, ABS, airbags, body electronics — including manufacturer-specific codes generic tools can't see.

Your diagnostic visit includes a full-system fault scan, plain-English explanation of the fault, the likely root cause, and a fixed quote to fix it — with no obligation. If we fix the fault during the same visit, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the repair cost.

The most common test failures — fixed before your appointment

According to DVSA data, the most frequent failure categories are lighting, suspension, brakes, tyres and driver's view of the road — and most are cheap to fix in advance. Our pre-inspection at your home checks every testable item, fixes what we find (with your approval), and we can arrange the test with a local approved centre.

Fix-first, tow-last

Traditional breakdown cover is built around recovery. Our model is different: the person who arrives is the mechanic. In the majority of callouts, the fault is diagnosed and repaired at the roadside. Where a roadside fix genuinely isn't possible, we tell you immediately and help you arrange the next step.
